Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter / Recruitment Manager to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients, including sourcing, screening, client interaction, and team management (for managerial role).

For Recruiter Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen IT candidates from job portals like Dice, Monster, and CareerBuilder.
• Work on C2C, W2, and 1099 requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
• Strong understanding of visa classifications (H1B, GC, USC, etc.).

Requirements:

• 3–6 years of experience in US IT recruitment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with Implementaion Partner/SI clients is preferred.
• Comfortable working in EST/CST hours.

For Manager Role (Additions):

Additional Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of recruiters and ensure target delivery.
• Train and mentor junior recruiters.
• Handle client interactions, intake calls, and submission pipelines.
• Monitor team performance and report metrics to leadership.

Additional Requirements:

• 6+ years of US IT staffing experience with at least 1–2 years in a team lead/managerial role.
• Strong client and vendor management skills.
• Proven ability to meet hiring deadlines and manage high-volume recruitment.
