Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a US IT Recruiter located in Mahesana. The US IT Recruiter will be responsible for the full life cycle of recruiting, including sourcing and hiring IT talent. Day-to-day tasks involve technical recruiting, building relationships with candidates and clients, and ensuring a smooth recruiting process to place the right candidates in the right positions. Additionally, the recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on the talent market.

Qualifications

• Full-life Cycle Recruiting, IT Recruitment, and Technical Recruiting skills
• Experience in Hiring and Recruiting processes
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and on-site in Mahesana
• Knowledge of the US IT job market is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
