Job Description

Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment process (sourcing to onboarding).
Source candidates using job boards (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed), internal databases, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Negotiate salary rates, contracts (W2, C2C, 1099), and finalize job offers.
Coordinate with account managers and delivery managers to understand client requirements.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT professionals for future openings.
Ensure compliance with US work authorizations (US Citizens, Green Card holders, H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, TN Visa, etc.).
Maintain candidate and client relationships for long-term success.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
