Job Description

2-6 years of experience in the US staffing industry.
Must have strong knowledge of end-to-end US Recruitment process, US tax terms and visa types.
Should understand employment types including W2, C2C, C2H, and 1099.
Hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and submitting candidates to IT and non-IT clients.
Proficient in using ATS tools and major job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.

Shift timing ; 6.30 pm to 3.30 am IST
