Job Description:
PRIMUS is seeking dynamic and driven freshers to join our team as US IT Recruiters. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying, screening, and coordinating interviews for technical professionals for contract and full-time positions with our US-based clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and understand job requirements from US clients Source candidates using platforms like Ceipal, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn Review resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate fit Schedule interviews and liaise between candidates and clients Negotiate compensation and facilitate smooth onboarding Keep internal databases updated and organized Collaborate with Account Managers and fellow recruiters to meet daily/weekly goals
Required Skills:
Strong command of English (spoken and written) Willingness to work night shifts (US hours) Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills Fast learner with a solid grasp of technical concepts Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
