We are hiring US IT Recruiters for our client ( 3-year-old IT Services and Consulting company specializing in US staffing) for their Hyderabad office to work the night shift. Ideal candidates should be from a North Indian background , possess strong English communication skills , and be ready to build a career in US IT staffing. Prior experience is a plus, but freshers with good spoken English are also welcome. Job Title: US IT Recruiter (Night Shift) Location: Hyderabad Work Hours: Night Shift (7:00 PM 4:00 AM IST) Experience: 01 years Education: Open to any educational background Language Preference: North Indian candidates with fluent English communication skills CTC: 1.8 LPA to 2.4 LPA Key Responsibilities: Understand US client hiring needs and job descriptions. Source and screen potential candidates through job portals, social media, and references. Conduct initial interviews to assess communication, experience, and interest levels. Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients. Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure smooth onboarding. Requirements: Good verbal and written English communication skills are a must. North Indian candidates preferred for cultural and communication alignment. Willingness to work in night shift (US time zone). Basic computer knowledge and internet research skills. Self-motivated, team player, and quick learner. Freshers are welcome; training will be provided. Mandatory Conditions: Candidate must sign a bond with the company for 3 years period.
