Job description: Title: Us it recruiter Location: Sector 6 Noida Shift: Night (7:30 PM IST 4:30 AM IST) Industry Type: IT Services & Consulting Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Role Category: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Education UG: B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization, BCA in Any Specialization Responsibilities: *Work on implementation partner, direct client, and prime vendor requirements. *Screen candidates properly to ensure alignment with the requirements. *Verify candidates work authorization documents such as GC EAD, GC, H4 EAD, and H1B. *Check with candidates over the call to confirm if they are 100% aligned with the requirement. *Have a proper understanding of the job description, including good knowledge of the technologies requested by the client. *Create Boolean search strings to narrow down searches effectively. *Have an understanding of ATS (Applicant Tracking System). *Have an understanding of LinkedIn for sourcing candidates. Requirements: *Technical degree required, such as B.Tech or BCA. *Should have at least 6 months of experience. *Should be local to Noida or willing to relocate. *Excellent spoken and written English skills.
