We need an active and motivated person to join our team as a Bench Sales Recruiter. You should enjoy working with people, be good at communicating, and be eager to learn.

• Good speaking and writing skills in English.
• Basic knowledge of US staffing and how to market candidates. • Experience working with top-level (Tier 1/Prime) vendors is a plus. • Understanding of US tax terms. • Knowledge of visa types like H1B, OPT, Stem OPT, and H4 EAD, including their rules. • Ability to work on your own, meet deadlines, and stay organized.

Responsibilities:

• Share resumes of our consultants on job websites to find them work.
• Send consultant profiles to top-level (Tier 1/Prime) vendors. • Talk to consultants to understand their skills and match them with job openings they like. • Build relationships with top-level vendors to place consultants quickly. • Keep consultants and management updated about job applications, screenings, and interviews. • Negotiate and agree the pay rates with vendors before sending resumes to clients. • Follow up with vendors after interviews to get feedback.
