Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers in the US market.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Present product/service offerings persuasively to meet sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall team goals.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to effectively position our offerings.
  • Document and update customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries or concerns.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the US market.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Results-driven with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable to a fast-paced sales environment.

Education:

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
