Role & Responsibilities People management. Preparing various MIS reports and dashboards, analyzing company profitability. Posting General Ledger (GL) entries. Filing surveys and RFPs. Data management, including extraction of raw data from source databases and converting it into useful information. Data management using Excel. Handling data in PeopleSoft. Data entry and retrieval of information. Preferred Candidate Profile Proficiency in MS Office tools, including MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, aggregate functions, tables), MS PowerPoint, and MS Word. Accounting knowledge. Strong analytical skills. Knowledge of ERP systems like PeopleSoft is preferred.
