Position Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Executive to support our US finance operations. The ideal candidate should have basic AP knowledge, experience handling invoices, and a strong commitment to accuracy and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments
• Perform invoice validation, 3-way matching & resolving discrepancies
• Maintain vendor records and track AP aging reports
• Follow up with internal teams/vendors for clarifications
• Assist with month-end closing, reconciliations & documentation
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and audit requirements

Required Skills:

• 6 months to 1-year experience in Accounts Payable
• Good understanding of accounting principles
• Proficiency in MS Excel & ERP tools
• Strong communication and coordination skills (verbal & written)
• Willingness to work in US shift & handle high-volume transactions

Education:
B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or related field
