Job Description

US English Process (International Voice Process)

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and/or outbound calls with international clients, primarily from the US.
Provide clear, concise, and accurate information or solutions based on client inquiries.
Maintain a high standard of
professionalism and courtesy
in all customer interactions.
Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in the system.
Adhere to call quality metrics and service level agreements (SLAs).
Collaborate with team members to share best practices and contribute to a positive work environment.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating when necessary.

Qualifications

Communication:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English
are paramount, with strong grammar and pronunciation.
Experience:
Relevant experience in a voice process or customer service role is beneficial, but freshers with exceptional communication are encouraged to apply.
