AR Callers

Key Responsibilities

Review work orders and follow up with
insurance carriers
to check the status of outstanding claims.
Analyze claims in cases of
rejections
and take appropriate action.
Receive and process
payment information
once claims have been processed.
Ensure all deliverables adhere to strict
quality standards
.

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience as an
AR Caller
with a specialization in
Physician Billing & Hospital Billing
.
Excellent communication
skills for international voice processes.
Strong knowledge of
Denial Management
.

Work Environment & Benefits

Shift:
Ability to work in the
night shift (US shift)
.
Work Schedule:
5 days a week
with
fixed weekend offs
.
Transportation:
Cab provided
for both pick-up and drop-off.
