As a Medical Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations of the office. Your responsibilities will include: - Scheduling: Efficiently manage calendars, schedule patient appointments, and accurately enter data into the software. - Email Management: Handle email accounts, address routine inquiries, and promptly forward essential messages to the appropriate team members. - Data Entry: Perform various data entry tasks, such as updating spreadsheets and databases. - Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by interacting with insurance representatives, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues professionally and promptly. - Communication: Communicate effectively with foreign clients and insurance representatives. In order to excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred. - Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other productivity software. Experience with project management tools like Asana or Trello is a plus. - Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, especially when working with remote teams. - Time Management: Strong time management and organizational abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. - Self-Motivation: Demonstrated self-motivation and the capacity to work independently in a remote environment. Please note that this is a full-time position suitable for individuals interested in working night shifts at the in-person work location.
