Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Identify new business opportunities across U.S. law firms and legal service providers

Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and

follow-ups

Conduct market research to identify potential markets and growth opportunities

Draft compelling proposals and pitch decks tailored to client requirements

Negotiate contracts and close deals

Collaborate with operations and delivery teams for smooth client onboarding

Attend virtual legal summits, networking events, and contribute to strategic growth

planning.

Preferred candidate profile:

24 years of experience in Business Development or Client Acquisition (B2B preferred)

Prior exposure to LPO/KPO, legal services, or U.S. market is highly preferred

Strong understanding of sales funnel, CRM tools, and target-based selling

Excellent verbal & written communication skills (U.S. client communication)

Proven track record of lead conversion & revenue generation

Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Law, or a related field.
