Job Description

  • Transaction Management

    : Accurately record income, expenses, and categorize transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

  • Accounts Payable/Receivable

    : Process invoices, bills, and manage timely payments.

  • Bank Reconciliation

    : Match bank/credit card statements with QuickBooks records.

  • Payroll

    Processing

    : Handle payroll, taxes, and employee payments.

  • Financial Reporting

    : Generate balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.

  • Chart of Accounts

    : Maintain and clean up the general ledger.

  • Compliance

    : Ensure adherence to accounting regulations and tax requirements.

  • Client Communication (for virtual roles)

    : Address client questions, resolve issues, and provide support. 



Shift: 2 pm to 11.30 pm

Location: Prahlad Nagar , Ahmedabad (Work from office onlly)

Salary: decent hike on current
