Key Responsibilities

• Manage

  end-to-end W2 recruitment

  for US-based automotive roles.
• Source, screen, and qualify candidates via

  Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and other job boards.

• Hire for positions like

  Manufacturing Engineers, Design Engineers, Quality Engineers, Plant Managers

  , etc.
• Partner closely with US account teams to meet client hiring needs and deadlines.
• Maintain

  100% compliance

  with US hiring and documentation standards.
• Build a

  robust W2 candidate pipeline

  for ongoing and future hiring needs.

Key Requirements

• 3–7 years

  of

  US recruitment experience

  , with proven expertise in

  W2-only hiring.

• Experience hiring for

  automotive or engineering domains

  required

  .
• Familiarity with

  US work authorizations (USC, & GC)

  and compliance processes.
• Strong communication, sourcing, and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working

  onsite

  in Noida and

  aligned to US EST hours (9 AM – 6 PM).
