US Accounting Manager

As the US Accounting Manager, your role involves managing the Team of Timesheet & Billing. You will be responsible for entering Timesheets & creating invoices for Consultants - VMO & NVMO. Additionally, you will prepare the Monthly Accruals report for unapproved hours and provide Monthly Hours & Sales reports. Your duties will also include submitting Misc Invoices for Bonus, Expenses, Conversion Fees, Perm Placement Fees, PTO & Background Check, and Drug Test amount, followed by necessary follow-ups for approvals. Furthermore, you will be tasked with booking Invoices for Miscellaneous Income/Revenue in the Accounting system, coordinating with AM & Sales Team to resolve long overdue pending hours approvals, and monitoring Audit queries and responses to ensure on-time closure of open audit items. It will be your responsibility to keep track of Contract Amendments and inform the concern recipients on time, as well as validating Discounts/Cancellation fees/Credits, etc., in accordance with Contractual terms. Moreover, you will need to take action on Billing related disputes from AR & Audit Team (Rate & Hours Adjustments), monitor Checkpoints for Month-End Tasks, and send & receive Tenure Discount Notifications for required action.
