Job Description

As an experienced Accountant, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting functions in compliance with U.S. GAAP standards. This includes overseeing billing, invoicing, collections, and revenue recognition processes. Regular reconciliation of Stripe and bank transactions is essential, along with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Additionally, you will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, collaborating closely with finance, sales, and product teams. Ensuring adherence to federal and state regulations is a critical aspect of the role, including liaising with external auditors and tax consultants when necessary. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in U.S. accounting, with previous work experience in a software or IT services company being mandatory. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, particularly in VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables, is required. A deep understanding of U.S. GAAP and compliance requirements is essential, along with excellent analytical and communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders.,
