Job Description

Designation: US Accountant Roles and Responsibilities: • Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, processes, policies, and principles • Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions. Provide recommendations • Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy • Meet Company Growth objectives • Research and perform financial information for analysis • Accomplishes accounting and organisation mission by completing related results as needed. Requirements • Extensive Knowledge of Accounting, US GAAP highly Preferred • Excellent English Verbal and Written Communication Skills • Proven working experience as a Senior in the Accounting and Finance area • Minimum 1.5+ years of experience in reviewing, analysing and finalization of accounts. Experience is Preferred. • Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strategic Leader and Thinker with extensive Team Member Supervisory Experience • Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Excel, MS Office, accounting software, and databases Education: • CA Inter/CA / CPA (pursuing or completed) Key Skills: • US Accounting, QuickBooks, MIS Reporting, Financial Statements. • US Tax knowledge is a BIG Plus.
