US 3rd Party Collections – Experienced Professionals

• Role: Collection Executive / Sr. Executive
• Experience Required: 1 to 3 years in 3rd Party US Collections
• Salary Range: ₹45,000 – ₹50,000+ (negotiable for well-qualified candidates)

About the Role:

Candidate Profile:

Experience:

• 1 to 3 years in 3rd Party US Collections
• Background in domestic or first-party collections may not be aligned with current requirements

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of FDCPA and US collections compliance
• Willingness to work night shifts (US time zone)
• Ability to meet performance targets and manage high call volumes
• Proficiency in CRM tools and collection systems

Compensation and Benefits:

• Monthly Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹50,000
