Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and manage key client accounts to maximize business potential
• Drive new customer acquisition through field visits and lead follow-ups
• Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per business goals
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services
• Analyze sales data and market trends to adjust strategies
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in core field sales.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
