The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle customer concerns professionally. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to insurance queries. Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by offering excellent service. Update customer records and process requests in a timely manner. Work closely with internal teams to address escalations. Required Skills: Strong verbal and written communication in Hindi and English. Problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach. Ability to handle high call volume. Basic computer proficiency.
