Job Title Sr. Manager - Credit Job Summary Job Holder of this position is responsible for overseeing and managing the credit operations and risk management functions. Collaborates with various departments, such as sales, underwriting, and senior management, to implement credit strategies and achieve business goals. Results 1. Evaluate financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant data to determine credit limits and terms. 2. Conduct in-depth analysis of credit trends, market conditions, and portfolio performance to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend appropriate actions. Responsibilities - Sanctioning/Recommending the proposals as per approval matrix ensuring TAT Giving training / providing guidance to the team on continuous basis considering policy points and overall process Understanding the Market scenario, product behaviour, constantly be in touch with peers/old customers and if required suggesting changes in policy parameters or implementing new policies Lessoning with business team to understand the gaps in policies, process and try to minimize the hurdles to ensure good business in effective TAT Handling all the compliance Lessoning with Operations and Audit team for the resolution of any credit related queries and ease of disbursement process. Experience (Industry type & Duration): Essential: 10 to 12 years Qualification Essential: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, MBA.
