Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day production activities to ensure smooth workflow and optimal output.
  • Conduct in-process and final quality inspections of components/products.
  • Analyze production issues and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Maintain and update quality documentation, checklists, and reports.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve process deviations.
  • Monitor machine performance and support routine maintenance activities.
  • Ensure adherence to ISO, safety, and quality standards.
  • Assist in process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, QA tools, and measurement instruments.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Experience Required: Fresher/experienced 0-2 years
Qualification Required: B.tech/ M.tech in Mechanical Engineering
