Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager based in Bangalore. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing branch operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include handling claims management, maintaining relationships with insurance companies and healthcare providers, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Additionally, the role involves strategic planning to meet branch targets, addressing client needs, and optimizing branch procedures for efficiency. Qualifications Required good Management skills Analytical Skills to assess and improve branch operations Experience in Program Management Strong leadership and team management abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks Mandatory experience in the healthcare or insurance TPA industry.
