Urgent Requirement -E-learning Developer

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop interactive eLearning modules and courses using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar software.
• Collaborate with instructional designers, graphic designers, and subject matter experts to translate learning objectives into engaging and interactive learning experiences.
• Incorporate multimedia elements, such as audio, video, and animations, to enhance the learning content and engage learners.
• Ensure eLearning content is accessible, responsive, and compatible with various learning management systems (LMS) and devices.
• Test and troubleshoot eLearning modules to identify and resolve technical issues and ensure optimal performance.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in eLearning development field.
• Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar software.
• Experience with multimedia development, including audio and video editing.
• Knowledge of SCORM and other eLearning standards.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
