Job Title: OpenText xECM Consultant / Senior Consultant / Architect Experience: 4 to 16 Years Job Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are looking for experienced professionals skilled in OpenText Extended ECM (xECM) to join our growing ECM practice. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting OpenText xECM solutions for enterprise clients. Depending on your experience, you'll contribute as a Consultant, Senior Consultant, or Solution Architect in various projects across industry domains. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain solutions using OpenText xECM (including Content Server, Extended ECM for SAP/SuccessFactors/Office 365, etc.). Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Configure and customize xECM components including Business Workspaces, Smart UI, REST APIs, and integrations. Develop workflows using OpenText Workflow Engine, WebReports, and LiveReports. Integrate xECM with third-party platforms (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft 365). Support upgrade, migration, and patching activities. Lead or contribute to solution architecture, technical design, and delivery planning. Provide technical documentation, training, and post-implementation support. Mentor junior team members and conduct code/design reviews (for senior roles). Required Skills and Qualifications: 4 to 10 years of hands-on experience in ECM technologies with at least 3+ years in OpenText xECM. Strong knowledge of OpenText Content Server , xECM for SAP/Office 365/SuccessFactors , and Archive Center . Proficiency in OTDS , WebReports , LiveReports , Smart UI , and RESTful APIs . Experience with system integration using SAP ILM , OpenText Archive Server , or other ERP/CRM systems. Working knowledge of Java , JavaScript , HTML5 , and XML is a plus. Familiarity with cloud deployments (OpenText Cloud, Azure, AWS) is an advantage. Preferred Qualifications: OpenText certifications (xECM, Content Server, Archive Center). Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments. Knowledge of information governance, compliance, and metadata management.
