Urgent Opening in Business Development Manager

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Urgent Opening in Business Development Manager to grow our business by recruiting, developing, and managing a network of agents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support agents in sales calls and joint field activities when needed.
• Monitor agent activity, performance, and provide regular feedback.
• Generate new business through the agent channel to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing agents to ensure retention and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Resolve agent and customer queries in a timely manner.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• 2–4 years of experience in any field sales
• Strong communication, networking
• Ability to motivate and manage a team of agents
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel within the assigned area

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹280,000.00 per year
