Job Description

Job Summary:

This position exists to translate client briefs into intuitive and effective user experiences for software and web portals. It involves conceptualizing and structuring user interfaces, creating wireframes, and applying user-centric design principles to deliver visually engaging and functional digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand client briefs via Client Servicing Executives or Business Heads
Translate business and user needs into intuitive UX structures and wireframes
Develop conceptual user interface solutions across web, mobile, and desktop platforms
Apply UX theory and user-centric design (UCD) principles to all stages of design
Collaborate in iterative design processes including prototyping and refining mockups based on feedback
Graphically visualize data to simplify complex information and improve usability
Ensure consistency and alignment with the latest UX/UI standards and best practices
