Monitor server performance, health, and availability using monitoring tools.
Perform basic troubleshooting of server hardware, operating systems, and services.
Assist in installation, configuration, and patching of servers (Windows).
Respond to and resolve L1 tickets related to servers, escalating complex issues to L2/L3 teams.
