Urgent Opening For Store Manager Talegaon Location

Key Responsibilities

1. Material Handling & Storage

• Receive, unload, and verify incoming materials, parts, and supplies against purchase orders and delivery challans.
  
• Ensure proper storage as per defined norms (FIFO, batch control, etc.).
  
• Maintain 5S standards, safety protocols, and housekeeping in the store area.
  

2. Inventory Management

• Update receipts and issues in ERP/SAP system accurately and promptly.
  
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly physical stock verification.
  
• Ensure zero stock discrepancies (physical vs system).
  
• Monitor minimum stock levels and raise alerts for replenishment.
  

3. Issuance & Line Feeding

• Issue materials to production/shop floor based on Material Requisition Slips.
  
• Ensure timely line feeding to avoid production interruptions.
  

4. Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain GRNs, issue slips, bin cards, and all inventory records accurately.
  
• Comply with company SOPs and ISO/TS/IATF 16949 documentation requirements.
  
• Support internal, customer, and statutory audits.
  

5. Cross-functional Coordination

• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, and Logistics teams.
  
• Escalate shortages, damages, or delays to concerned departments promptly.
  

6. Safety & Continuous Improvement

• Adhere to EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) guidelines in material handling.
  
• Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance inventory control and operational efficiency.
  

Key Skills Required

• Sound knowledge of automotive components and material handling processes.
  
• Basic understanding of ERP / SAP / inventory management software.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
  
• Familiarity with FIFO, JIT, JIS, Kanban, and lean manufacturing principles.
  
• Strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Education:

  Any Graduate

• Experience:

  710 years of experience in automotive stores or warehouse operations.
