Job Description

We are Hiring for Sales Admin for our client -Pharmaceutical company for Airoli, Navi Mumbai,Thane location.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. PR and PO

Making PR and following up for PO with the Purchase team.
Taking the Service entry, scrolling, and GRN of invoice.
Making the Reservation Slip No. for the product.
Following up for payment and resolving vendor queries.

2. Central Activities and Support

Arranging & coordinating with 3rd party for CME/RTM events and ensuring relevant agreements/documents are managed efficiently in Hi-Doc for promo activities(CMEs/Conferences/Events etc)
Vendor Code creation of 3rd parties and track promo expenses Vs budget MOM with Mktg
Handling CRM platform (Hidoctor) for third-party field force (SFE activities) monitoring, validation, and coordination for smooth execution.

3. Concur Support

Submitting expenses in Excelity and SAP Concur for reimbursement.
Field expenses for Humsafar team(3rd party FF) and smooth execution

4. TR Support for Team

Preparing TR for dispatches of material (Indore warehouse to field).
Dispatching the material to the respective person from HO.
Coordination with MDM to create Material Code

5. MSL Support (Division level)

Collecting and compiling the TBM-wise MSL file.
MSL validation with the field team (error finding and mapping with the master file) and generating report regarding field coverage & compliance

6. Other Division Activities

Managing & maintaining PO data.
Sending the monthly summary expense of division to BU.
Sending the monthly provision data to Finance.
Updating data in slides for BRM (Business Review) monthly review meeting.
