Job Description

Role & responsibilities Technical Support: Provide real-time support for end-user systems, including hardware, software, network, and peripherals. Network Management: Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and Wi-Fi access points. System Maintenance: Assist with server administration, data backup, patching, and system upgrades. Security Compliance: Enforce cybersecurity protocols and ensure endpoint security solutions are active and updated. Project Implementation: Support the deployment of new IT projects and upgrades at the site. Vendor Coordination: Work with third-party vendors and service providers for maintenance and issue resolution.
