Missions/Main Duties: Planning & Management: Develop detailed plans, schedules, and budgets for your assigned section. Effectively manage resources and proactively identify and mitigate risks to project delivery. Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and fostering a productive work environment. Technical & Quality Oversight: Review technical specifications, resolve on-site issues, and ensure strict adherence to quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Safety & Compliance: Implement rigorous safety protocols and ensure full compliance with all relevant regulations, promoting a safe working environment. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate and comprehensive project records, providing regular and detailed progress reports to stakeholders. Profile/Skills: Education: Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering. Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in Underground/Tunnel construction in Metro/Railway projects, with at least 3 years served as a Resident Engineer or Senior Engineer. OR At least 5 years of service in Senior Scale & above in a Civil Engineering Department, or equivalent grade, within Indian Railways/RITES/IRCON/RVNL, or equivalent grades in Konkan Railway/MRVC/DFCCIL/any JVs/SPVs with the Ministry of Railways, or any Metro Rail Corporation, either individually or combined.

Role & responsibilities Technical Support: Provide real-time support for end-user systems, including hardware, software, network, and peripherals. Network Management: Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and Wi-Fi access points. System Maintenance: Assist with server administration, data backup, patching, and system upgrades. Security Compliance: Enforce cybersecurity protocols and ensure endpoint security solutions are active and updated. Project Implementation: Support the deployment of new IT projects and upgrades at the site. Vendor Coordination: Work with third-party vendors and service providers for maintenance and issue resolution. RESIDENT CUM HIGHWAY ENGINEER The Resident cum Highway Engineer shall be responsible for supervising the works of highway to be constructed by the Concessionaire for this project. He shall also inspect the pavement rehabilitation and repair works to be undertaken by the Concessionaire. He should have the following qualification / experience. 1. Essential Qualifications. a) Graduate in Civil Engineering from a recognized University. b) Professional Experience of at least 12 years in Highway Projects. c) At least 5 years experience in similar capacity in Highway Development Project. d) Should have handled at least 2 major projects(of length 40% of project length or more of similar configuration (2/4/6 laning**) and above). 2. Preferential Qualifications. a) Post Graduate Degree in Transportation/Highway Engineering/Structural Engineering/Geotechnical Engineering/any specialised stream of Civil Engineering. b) Experience of Highway Project (of length 40% of project length or more of similar configuration (2/4/6 laning**) and above)
