Location Gurgaon Role / Position Director Experience (required) 8-10 Years Description Our client is a global media agency network and the home of adaptive marketing PositionDirector Social Media Strategy
LocationGurgaon
GradeM2A Brief :

Creation of Orientation deck and process documentation

Create documents for timelines, ratecards, SLAs, briefing documents, reporting templates, etc. Influencer management program Work towards creation of the influencer model management and executing the same

On cloud reporting templates and formats

Continue to build the product with insight based reports

Innovate on processes and formats

Contribution to pitches to win new business and convert pitches made

Grow existing accounts for listening / ORM or Social media management

Client retention and relationship development

Nurture the team members to improve skill set and develop them to become leaders and managers within the system b. Train the larger social media ecosystem within GroupM on basics and principles of social

Ensure maintenance of performance of accounts with minimum escalations b. Plan for performance enhancement and strategic inputs to add value to clients c. Innovate in terms of ideas for content and impact campaign

Educational Qualification:
Any Graduate / Post Graduate Work Experience & Skills Required:

Team Management

In-depth understanding and knowledge of social media platforms

Understanding of how integrated digital campaigns are created

Hands on experience on tools like Radian6 ,Buzzmetrics etc.
