Job Description

Position: Deputy Manager/ Manager- Costing

Location: Gurgaon

Tracking, controlling, and optimizing costs from business award to SOP
Understanding of Engg. drawings and should be able to do New product costing such as Seat, Trim Cover, Sheet metal, plastic, carpet , etc.
Hands on experience on MHR calculation
Review of Raw material price movement settlement for customer & vendor as well
Monthly costing Provision for Raw Material against price revision
Price Increase decrease calculation for existing product in case of any ECN
Customer PO Price Approval & Cost/Profitability Control
Product Price actualization activity.
Ascertainment of Material Cost as per Bill of Material
Calculation of Process cost with respect to each process and its allocation in product
Experience in costing of Seat, Trim Cover, Sheet metal, plastic, carpet , etc.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes stamping, welding, molding, assembly, etc.
Strong skills in cost estimation, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
