Dear Candidates, We have an opening for below Profile for Customer Service Executive for a Leading Bank Brand Name. Location: Airoli CTC: Up to 4.5 LPA Qualification: Graduate (Freshers are welcome to apply) Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer queries related to banking products and services. Provide prompt and accurate assistance to customers while ensuring high service quality. Resolve customer concerns or escalate issues to the relevant department when necessary. Maintain and update customer records in the system. Adhere to company policies, compliance, and guidelines for handling sensitive customer information. Meet daily/weekly performance targets for call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction. Skills Required Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused attitude. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with banking terminologies (preferred).
