Hi ,
We are hiring for CMDB Analyst with Product Based Organization for Hyderabad Location.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience with ServiceNow platform, specifically the CMDB module and its capabilities (CMDB Health, Discovery, Common Service Data Model CSDM).
Solid understanding of ITIL principles, particularly Configuration Management, Service Asset and Configuration Management (SACM).
Experience in data modeling, data governance, and data quality management for large-scale IT environments.
Familiarity with IT infrastructure components (servers, networks, cloud services, applications) and how they are represented and related within a CMDB.
Knowledge of data integration patterns and tools.
Demonstrated strong capability in designing data models, workflows, and formalizing comprehensive documentation related to CMDB.
Best-have: ITIL v4 certified
