Role & responsibilities

1. Should have worked in maintenance department and have experience on Reactors, Auto Claves, Pumps, Fans, Blowers, Distillation Column, Compressor, Refrigerant Systems, etc.

2. Should have knowledge of NDT technologies to organize equipment and piping inspections.

3. Supervise Site fabrication / Erection of steel structure, RCC structure etc.

4. Erection of different chemical process equipment and piping according to the P&I diagram.

5. Preparation of piping layout and supports for process and utilities, Preparation of Piping Material Specification, Stress analysis of pipes, Preparation of specification, bill of quantities, bid evaluation, recommendation.

6. To co-ordinate with team comprising of various disciplines (Civil, Chemical, Electrical, Instrumentation) and to report to Project Manager

7. Ensure project activities as committed in the schedule, keep track of project costs and report to management, Safeguard that the engineering projects works are executed according to contract specifications, Report, evaluate and mitigate risks foreseen in the project, Participate in client negotiations

8. Develop methods and technologies needed for cost effective execution of the project. To approve Man-hours / costs of sub consultants, other people in the project organization

9. Liaison with Competent Authorities

1. Must be a team player with sharp analytical and problem-solving skills

2. Must possess good interpersonal skills required for effective coordination with people at all levels of related areas/agencies.

3. The candidate should be capable to Plan commercial aspects of contracts and budgets

4. The candidate should be capable of preparing documents for Management Reporting

6. AutoCAD and MS Projects
