Urgent Opening For Manager - QC at NFIL, Surat

Role & responsibilities

1. Planning of daily analysis and release material on timely manner.
2. Ability to handle matters related to customer complaint, method validation & stability study.
3. Monitoring & utilisation of available assets (manpower & machines) in effective manner with appropriate planning in different dynamic conditions.
4. Ensure timely resolution of problem & Communication of results to customers.
5. To verify & update daily records for their implementation against define SOP.
6. Time to time reporting of daily activities & abnormalities to superiors.

7. To perform literature survey & identify & establish methodology for analysis.

8. To co-ordinate with other dept. for providing them timely analytical support

9. Maintenance of dept. documentation as per the define methodology.\

10. To co-ordinate with external agencies for analytical support.

11. Administration of Section of the QC function & day to day reporting on performance of respective section to Manager QA.

12. Monitoring of effective implementation of different management system (IMS, RC, 5-S, GLP etc.) with the section.

13. To identify & conduct training needs, all appropriate records of training needs identification, actual training & effectiveness needs to be update for the all persons reporting to position.

Preferred candidate profile

M.Sc.

2. Experience of packing activity for minimum 02 years is desirable.

3. Candidate should have exposure of in-organic chemistry is added advantage.

GC, HPLC, UV spectrophotometer is must.

5. Knowledge of methodology of analysis for all RM, IP QC & FG product.

6. Monitoring & planning occupancy of assets (Man & Machine) in timely manner.

7. Handling of troubleshooting for daily routine activities

8. Capability to handle the Quality control activity independently

9. Knowledge of Quality control processes, stability study, method validation, Vendor & customer related process, effective co-ordination with other functions, SAP system, Instrumentation related knowledge etc. are the minimum requirement for the said position.

10. Capability to train the team of dept. for routine QC activities, IMS, 5-S, TQM & other soft skills related to the job
