1. Should be responsible for production planning & execution of the plant with safety.
2. Should have knowledge of Batch process plant & preferably worked in MPP.
3. To achieve production targets by ensuring safety, quality, quantity, yield.
4. Shift scheduling & manpower management handling.
5. Coordinates with all departments with respect to plants activities.
6.Coordinating with R & D & TT for commissioning of new products, improving processes, yield & bottlenecking for capacity enhancement.
1.BE Chem with 10-12 years of experience of production in chemical industry in batch plants.
2. Should take care of planning & execution of operations of plant.
3. DCS knowledge is preferable
4. Capable to coordinate with all departments with respect to plant activities
5. Coordinating with R & D & TT for commissioning of new products
6. Improving processes, yields & bottlenecking for capacity enhancement.
