pharmaceutical company.

Looking for candidates having experience in Travel booking , Visa Processing & good in Excel.

Job description-

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage incoming calls and correspondence.
  • Perform administrative duties such as scheduling, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Flight and Train Ticket booking
  • Invoice tracker.
  • Courier tracker

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment.
