Job Summary:

US IT/Non-IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates from various job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.) and internal databases.
  
• Conduct initial screening and evaluate candidates qualifications, experience, and suitability.
  
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
  
• Negotiate salary, benefits, and contract terms with candidates.
  
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  
• Foster long-term relationships with candidates and clients.
  
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation on all candidates and client interactions.
  
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruiting goals.
  

Requirements:

• 1-4 years of experience in US staffing (IT/Non-IT recruitment).
  
• Hands-on experience in sourcing candidates through job portals and social media.
  
• Familiarity with US tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C) and visa classifications (H1B, GC, US Citizen, etc.).
  
• Strong understanding of the US job market and hiring practices.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
