Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound & inbound calls to potential leads and students.

• Counsel students about career-oriented training programs.

• Follow up with leads and maintain daily reports.

• Achieve admission and outreach targets.

• Provide excellent customer experience and maintain professionalism.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.

• Prior experience in telecalling, counselling, or education sales preferred.

• Basic computer and CRM handling skills.

• Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
