Job Description

Lead Generation & Sourcing

Generate quality leads through channel partners, brokers, referrals, and field sourcing activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners (CPs) to ensure regular business flow.
Conduct site activations, field campaigns, and local marketing initiatives to increase visibility.

Channel Partner Management

Onboard new channel partners and maintain existing relationships.
Share project updates, inventory details, pricing, and offers with CPs.
Track CP performance and ensure continuous engagement.

Site Visits & Closures Support

Coordinate and facilitate client site visits.
Support sales teams in negotiations and closures when required.
Ensure smooth handover of qualified leads to the sales team.

Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis

Conduct regular market reconnaissance (recce) to understand competitor pricing, schemes, and market trends.
Share market insights with sales and management teams.

Reporting & Coordination

Maintain daily MIS on leads, visits, CP activities, and bookings.
Coordinate with CRM, marketing, and site teams for seamless operations.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting to management.

Desired Profile

3+ years of experience in real estate sourcing, channel sales, or field sales
Prior experience in CP management and site sourcing preferred
Strong networking and relationship-building skills
Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities
Sound understanding of the real estate market and CP ecosystem
Strong negotiation and field execution skills
Ability to manage coordination, reporting, and follow-ups effectively
