Key Responsibilities: Customer Relationship Management: Greet customers warmly and professionally. Actively listen to customer concerns and requirements. Provide accurate and timely information regarding service procedures, estimated costs, and delivery timelines. o Address customer complaints promptly and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction. Service Monitoring: o Monitor the progress of service jobs and ensure timely completion. Vehicle Inspection and Diagnosis: Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify repair and maintenance needs. Use diagnostic tools to accurately diagnose vehicle issues. o Prepare detailed repair orders and estimates. Communication and Coordination: Communicate effectively with technicians, parts department, and other team members. Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles and any additional services required. Coordinate with the billing department to ensure accurate invoicing and payment processing. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all service work is performed to the highest standards of quality. Inspect completed work to verify customer satisfaction. Address any quality issues promptly and efficiently. Performance Tracking and Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), such as customer satisfaction, turnaround time, and revenue. Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports on service performance and customer feedback. Who are we looking for?
