• Process end-to-end monthly payroll for employees
• Maintain and update employee and attendance records
• Generate salary slips and payroll reports
• Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, etc.)
• Coordinate with HR and Accounts teams for smooth payroll execution
• Handle sensitive payroll data with confidentiality

• 1–5 years of payroll processing experience
• Basic MS Excel skills (formulas, data entry, formatting)
• Graduate (Commerce or related field preferred)
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and organizational abilities

• Fixed salary of ₹25,000/month
