Communication Trainer / Voice & Accent Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct

    Voice & Accent

    ,

    Communication Skills

    , and

    Soft Skills

    training for new hires and existing employees.
  • Assess and evaluate communication levels through

    language assessments

    ,

    mock calls

    , and

    feedback sessions

    .
  • Design and deliver

    training modules

    focused on spoken English, articulation, pronunciation, grammar, tone, and customer empathy.
  • Collaborate with operations and quality teams to identify training needs and performance gaps.
  • Conduct

    pre-process and on-the-floor coaching sessions

    to improve call handling and customer experience.
  • Monitor and track participant progress, maintain training reports, and provide post-training feedback to management.
  • Support calibration sessions to align training outcomes with client expectations.
  • Continuously update training methodologies and content as per the evolving BPM landscape.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent command over

    spoken and written English

  • Strong expertise in

    Voice & Accent Neutralization

    Grammar

    , and

    Business Communication

    .
  • Experience in

    customer service voice process

    within the BPM/BPO industry.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills.
  • Ability to engage, motivate, and inspire trainees.
  • Exposure to

    Global Process / International Voice Process training

    preferred.
  • Proficiency in

    MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

    for reporting and training documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in English, Communication, or related field preferred.
  • Certification in

    Voice & Accent / Soft Skills Training

    is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a

    Voice & Accent / Communication Trainer

    in the

    BPM or BPO industry

    .
