Position: Product Development Executive

Working Days: Monday – Saturday

Shift Timings: 09:15 AM – 06:30 PM (Shift arrangements must be adaptable based on workload.)

Location: Rajkot (On-Site)

Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Product Development Executive to join our PMT Department. This role involves generating ideas for new products, executing development projects alongside senior team members, and boosting the performance of our existing product line. The ideal candidate will conduct market research, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of product initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

· Generate ideas for new products based on market needs and trends.

· Conduct research work to support product development initiatives.

· Execute new product development projects in coordination with senior team members.

· Develop strategies to enhance the performance of the existing product line.

· Contribute to content creation, including brochure design and new brochure concepts.

· Submit monthly progress reports to the department head.

· Follow up regularly to ensure swift product development processes.

· Adhere to company policies and ethics in all tasks.

· Prepare presentations (PPTs) for various events.

Qualifications

· Graduate in Science, Pharmacy, or related field.

· 2–3 years of experience in product development, marketing, or related functions preferred.

· Strong research, coordination, and project execution skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office; experience with AI tools is an advantage.

· Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative product and content ideas.

· Excellent communication and organizational skills.

· Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
